| Introduction: |  This series is a kind of hook type shot and air blast machine, and it is applied to casting, forging, steel structure and surface cleaning of non-ferrous metal workpiece. The machine mainly uses high-speed shots thrown by blast wheel of high effectiveness and strength, and impacts surface and inner of roll workpiece in the chamber, so as to eliminate sticky gravel, rust layer, weld residue, scale and other impurities, and make it obtain refined and bright surface. Air blast is to clean up complex inner or special workpiece after shot blast, which could improve adhesive strength of steel surface on paint film as well as improve fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of steel products, in addition to improving inherent quality of steel products, which can extend its use life. |
